Brass thrust washer on sunshell
Do I need the brass thrust washer on the sunshell beneath the reaction shaft. I am using a Sonnax smart shell

Yes it did come with a special Torrington bearing that rests on the special low reverse roller clutch race. I am referring to the reaction shaft to what it rests on.

There HAS to be a thrust bearing/washer there.

My smart shell did not come with this kind of bearing with HOOKS

I got in touch with Sonnax, I do need to use the brass thrust washer.
