My speedometer is not working at all. I know that it is hooked up to the gauge and the tranny but I cant get it to work. My upshift light does not work ethier. Could it bethe sending unit or the cable.

 

I had a speedo cable snap before in the middle. i dont know why but it did. try unhooking both ends and spin one side. if the other end spins then forget what i just said. It could be the actual gear in the tranny. i have heard of the small clip that hold it in place just snapping off.
