Axle/Gears: 3.23 BW 9 bolt
.73 ratio 5th gear

What was the fifth drive and driven gear tooth count in the t5's that had the .73 5th gear ratio?

Thanks, but that is for the vss gears. I'm asking about the actual 5th gear.

Depends on which T5.
The headset gears of the mandrive and countershaft can change fifth tooth counts and the mainshaft changes which driven gear, so there were multiple fifth driven / drive sets that can make 0.73.
Call Hanlon Motorsports, give your service tag. Say you'd like to buy 5th drive / driven to go 0.73 ratio 5th.
