Where is it coming from? Left wheel, right wheel, center, drive shaft, ... ???

Driveshaft is removed from vehicle while doing my total restoration...rear will be rebuilt. I am not sure where exactly it's coming from, it is just a sharp slow click.

Re: Clicking from rear end...

Amazing that with all the "smart" people on this forum, nobody even guessed THAT.

Glad you found it, and that nothing seems to be too tore-up.

Looks like it could be one of the cap bolts. Are all 4 present? (in the places they belong, that is) Or maybe just a random head bolt or some such. Seems to have kinda alot of rust for something that's been immersed in gear lube all its life.

( yeah, it was ... somehow)
Yeah. I feel ya.

HUMANS. Better get used to living on this miserable cosmic cinder circling this mostly ordinary star, these ... THINGS ... think they're somehow "superior" to whatever they're accustomed to. What FOOLS. They do the most amazingly BONEHEADED stuff sometimes. More often than they do anything logical, it seems. Like, what kind of a 1D10T that works in an automotive machine shop, just DROPS a head bolt into a rear axle, and DOESN'T BOTHER to go back and find it and remove it. 1D10Ts.

I can hardly wait for my next planetary assignment. I'm merely a minion of the all-powerful so I don't really have much control over that, I just go where they send me and, ... do my job. (no I won't say what that is) However all that may be, I can only hope that my next post will be among creatures who, despite considering themselves "at the top of the evolutionary ladder", aren't STUUUUUPID like these ... HUMANS. I'm SO tired of them.
