The 2.8 V6 out of my 88' died recently so I'm looking for a new one. Chances are, it's gonna be a motor from a automatic car, while mine is a factory manual. To mate the motor what will I need to change? I'm fairly new to mechanics so try to bear with me please

 

Put your flywheel on the other motor in place of the flex plate.

That's it.

 

Gonna be needing a pilot bushing too.....

Nope. Pretty simple actually. After all, it's a Chevy.
