2-3 slip

i had my tranny (700r4) rebuilt 10,000 miles ago, it was slipping all the way through and it turned out all four clutch packs were burned out and "flat", it was rebuilt with new everything from seals to clutches to sprag and now it is slipping 2-3 when cold! Other gears and 2-3 when its warm are hard solid shifts. Why is it slipping already? I think its been rebuilt twice now because when we pulled it apart 10000mi ago, one of the packs was missing a fiber. Also i dont know if this would hurt it but when we tore it apart, it looked like a few of the fibers and clutches were "bowed" to obsorb shock, and the new ones were all flat, also my t.c. wasnt changed and had the burnt fluid in it. HELP PLEASE

It probably had more than burnt fluid in it. like a worn out tc clutch and pieces of all the burned out clutches. Who rebuilds a trans and slaps the same old untouched converter back in it and expects it (the trans) to work.

"my t.c. wasnt changed"

These trannies have a hard enough time with sticking Throttle Valves W/O reinstalling the old contaminated converter.
