Continental does not make the small diameter 9.5" diameter available in lockup. They carry a 10" non-lockup. I am a distributor for both TC's. If I can be of help let me know?

IMO, the Precision Industries "Vigilante" are some of the best converters on the market. Typical gains are .4-.6 tenths reduction plus you get a free stall change within the first 2 years. They might be expensive but well worth every penny.
