I have a recked 87 bird(parts car) 305/5spd and it has an aluminum driveshaft on it can this be used on a 700r4 with a 30 spline shaft?

 

I'm not sure on the rear yolk spline count, the 30 spline 700 refers to the input shaft. I'm sure you can switch yolks-keep your existing yolk (if you have one)and put it on the aluminum driveshaft. Most GM cars and light trucks use the same driveshaft yolk, the 400 is different.
