hey guys.. I am getting my SSM suspension kit welded on my car tomorrow.. and once its on, its not coming back off.. it welds to my axle tubing, etc. This is my question.. is it possible to add posi 3.73 gears to my stock rear end out of my 82? 400HP with 2.73 open rear sucks bad!.. So now I have the suspension, I just need the gears and posi.. what are my options as far as getting posi 3.73's in my stock rear? it has to be in my rear since its all welded up.. let me know part #'s if possible, and my best and cheapest options.. thanks guys.. im sure it can be done, thats why I had the shop weld on the SSM KIT, but now I need reassurance that its possible, and what I need to do it.
