9-bolt Gears vs Jegs.
I was told that the 9-bolt rear end was a 7.625in. I may be wrong let me know if I am. I was looking in jegs and I saw a 10-bolt that said it was a 7.5 and a 7.625. Now is a 10-bolt 7.625 and a 9-bolt 7.625 the same thing? Would the gears work from a 10-bolt 7.625 fit in a 9-bolt 7.625?

A 9-bolt ring gear is 7.75". No, a 10-bolt and 9-bolt gears are not the same and will not fit with each other.

Just like Kevin said above. The 9 bolt is a 7.75 ring gear. None of the internal parts of a 9 bolt are interchangable with a 10 bolt.
