so whats the main differences between v8 and v6 thirdgens,suspension wise?besides springs and shocks.THanks a lot.

There were sway bar differences for "performance" f-bodies, but they'll bolt right into our cars. Cars with the high performance options (like WS6) received a quick-ratio steering box, and that bolts right in, too. Everything bolts in. In fact, even aftermarket shocks don't say "v6" on 'em, one shock fits all. The only difference is the springs.

So basically, springs are the only difference.

Because the V-6 springs have a less heavy engine, up top, they definetly are different spring rates and coil thickness.
