It's leaking , when I put the torx back in I accidently stripped one of them . Before I put the plenum back on i tried to move the regulator to make sure it was not loose , it was fine , it was good and tight , could just one screw make it leak like that ? Or do you think I got a bad regulator ?

THANK GO D for vicegrips . I got the two stripped security bolts out with vicegrips .:lala: :lala: :lala: :lala: :lala:

 

Got it in and car is running SO much better . That bad regulator really slowed my car down .
