Is there a way to ?
Is there a way to test my fuel relay with my multimeter ? If so , how do I do this ? My car is still having the hesitation problem after changing the relay .

Coulda sworn I gave that in my chart...

But if you want to test the relay on your own, the resistance between the normally closed contact and the common contact should read 0 ohms. Does the Sunpro have a continuity test? If it does, you can use that, and should hear the "beep". The resistance between the normally open contact and the common contacat should be infinite resistance (as in, you won't see the meter even move)... and a continuity test wouldn't beep.
Apply power to the relay's magnet leads, and the situation will reverse (n/c would be open=infinite resistance=no beep, n/o would be closed=0 resistance=beep).
I don't know the pinouts of that relay offhand...
