after refilling my AC-condenser it was leaking I was loosing the complete load of r12? My question is: can I fix the leak or do I have to buy
a new condenser, btw change o-rings for the 134 stuff?

You shouldn't have a problem locating R12 overseas.
And before it's charged, the system is pressurized to locate leaks.
I know, I had this trial recently.
One SHOULD be able to "rebuild" AC core part in front of car by radiator.
YET, with the pressure, I don't know if I'd advise it.
I think it's hose connections.
Get pressure testing done first.
Stick with R12, it's the right solution for this system.
Nice 1970 GTO.

thanks Karl,
I don't know, one is forbidden R12 or 134? and the leak is far down in the corner, between the condenser and the radiator.
I pressurized it with nitrogen.

Bring the project to a radiator shop, see if they suggest something.
ANY reason why a pin hole should develope there?
A previous accident?
R-12 is "banned"
Actually just more expensive & harder to locate now.
R-12 does work correct in your system.
Need new condensor/dryer, orifice filter tube & possibly new rebuilt compressor.
Honest, I just did these things after I got my system operating.
I didn't clear system correctly & many of those parts were aged & useless unless swapped out for "Fresh stuff". What happened, I charged, leak free & then compressor siezed!
I use my system constantly now & it performs flawless, just like new.
AC wasn't operating for many years prior to my ownership, I'll bet.
I've had this car for 3 already!

If you want a LOAD of R-12 fast just drive across the boarder to mexico run you about $5 to $10 a can american money.
