I forget the part number, but MSD makes a wiring harness that makes installation of the 6AL a breeze. It's not expensive, and worth every penny. Best of all, if you decide to take the 6AL out, you can easily return the car to stock set up.

Check MSD's web site or call Summit Racing for the part number.

yah i saw that harness, so it isn't a must, but it makes it easier to in/uninstall?

it's the one for like $30, right?

Yeah, it's not a must, but it's easier. I chose to buy it for the same reason that Mike just mentioned- it allows me to plug my original coil in in case I die on the side of the road, and think it's my ignition box. My GM coil is still in it's original place, I've wired up a Blaster SS coil... so if you're replacing your GM coil, you really don't have a stock ignition to go back to.

When I installed my GM Blaster coil, I didn't have much choice but to remove the stock since it was dead. I would definately splurge and get the harness, makes the install so much easier.

Hey I think this is my first time posting with the new sig. You guys like it?
