roughly $1150, +/- $50.

overview: car, motor, shocks, struts, shoes, pads, inner & outer tie rods, adj sleeves, hood & hatch shocks, tranny filter, pvc tubing & stuff, dynomax cat back, headers (waitng to be shipped), brake bearings-seals-caliper & hose, headliner & tail lights, hoses, paint, 15" rims....and some other odds & ends.

as soon as I break down & install an oil filter, fill engine w/oil, fill tranny w/fluid, & flush engine coolant, & install T-pipe I'll see if the beast will crank over

I would say that is some well spent money.
3.4, new suspension and brakes. Thats some big money right there; most would spend almost 1150 on the 3.4 swap.

Is the paint in the list the car painted or just some odd paint on parts here and there?

paint so far is 2 5oz cans for touch up. I got some rust back by the wing, &some surface rust on the sides & engine bay. Add to the total $100. forgot about the MSD-6 I got off of e-bay

also bought the oil filter today .

Q: I currently have the back interior panels off being redone. For sound dedoning, is undercoating good, or maybe the brush on truck bed coating? I'm not running a killer radio outfit, but decreasing road/other people noise will help out

MSD for 100 off ebay is a good price.
Once you car is on the road you may be leading the way in speed, if you keep slowly modding it as you go.
