build up

i still have the original wheels, and there is a build up of something. Doesnt look permanent, but other than taking my dremel out there to buff it, is there anything I should look at to get that crap off?

sandpaper, depending on if they are 15 or 16's i would use sand paper and then polish. more info on the tech board

NO problem All you gotta remember is to take your time. Do a good job on them, and they'll come out really nicely.
