Need Factory Exhaust Specs
I am in the market for a Flowmaster Exhaust for my 1985 Sport Coupe with the 173 ci 2.8 V6. What is the best sounding muffler that fits this car and engine? What do you recommend I get? Thanks.

if all the other pipes are still good, get the 40 series Flowmaster. I got the dynomax, hope to have it on soon, relatively cheap, and have heard many good things about it.

I have a 50 series? yeah 50 I think. I have small 3" tips and it sounds NICE. No raspiness, nice and mellow. Planning to get better tips maybe, actually get some nice 16X3" ones.
I had a 350 guy ask me a couple times what engine I had, he did not beleive me untill I popped the hood. Then he said, damn.... coulda fooled me on the outside.
