My headlights wont stay up for nothing. Is there any other way to fix the motors other than buying new ones?

motor is probably fine. theres a gear in the housing tho that usually strips. mine is the same way, sometimes it takes 10 tries to get my left light to go up. annoying but i dont feel like taking apart the headlight assembly, looks to complicated anyone know of a step by step to replace the worn gears?

Bearings/"Pucks" are shot

What happened inside your motors is the bearings that made the motor "connect" to your headlight gear were shredded.
I used this guy's method of fixing it. My car's headlights are great now.
All you need is 3 steel ball bearings per motor. Might as well do both because when one goes, the other isn't too far off. (Mine was about 4 months in between, but I bought extra bearings for the job)
