What do you mean by,"the 85 is a one year stand alone system"? Does t hat make it an advantage over others when putting 2.8 mpfi on a 3.4?

I believe he means that the wiring/emissions /ecm layout was only done that one year. The rest of the MAF years must have changed enough o be "incompatable" w/the 85 layout.

but then again, I could be wrong
