The RPO codes are supposed to be on a sticker on the inside of the center console. I don't know if they are anywhere else, but it's a big freakin' sticker, you can't miss it.

If it's not in the console, it could be located in the back compartment.

If all else fails, and you can't find it anywhere, go to your local GM dealer, at the parts department. Give them your VIN #, and they should be able to print out the original RPO codes for you at no cost to you. They were more than helpful with me on this. My RPO sticker disappeared a long time ago, and they printed me out all the RPO's for my car with no problem.

QTA, did they give you the descriptions of the codes, too? Or was it just a list of codes, one after each other, like the original sticker?

sorry it took so long to reply. They couldn't get me an actual replacement sticker, but they printed out the codes on paper, there was no description of the codes, they were printed out just like they were on the original sticker. However, the guy there gave me a code book so I could decode them myself. Of course, I left it in my car and we had a heavy rain and my T-tops leaked , so now I have to let it dry out a little bit.

Mine were stuck to the rear "storage compartment" lid.

I have done the vin to dealer (with another car), and they printed out list. Mine gave the orginal color of the car, options, etc etc. Was very nice. Although, the car was stock, it proved to an phone order company (back in 97) that the car was actually a 93, but painted with a 94 color paint code FROM GM.

No they didn't charge me a cent to have it done. They were actually pretty helpful with everything I asked them.

that looks a lot more like a build sheet or something from the dealer? actually, was it supposed to be something from the dealer (it's a lil' late and i'm waaaay to tired to be reading). I have my RPO sheet around here somewhere, but can't find it....grrrrrrr , but i'm pretty sure it's in the room, i also have the sheet i found in the bone yard of a black 85 firebird trans am WS6 car, wow, i should go get that vin from that car too and plop em both in mine, suddenly i'd be set w/ my 85 firebird to trans am conversion. LOL. Lots of the RPO's would have probably matched up to, minus the engine suspension stuff of course, both auto's with same interior, same exterior color , except my second color was black and that one was a black and gold t/a.....oh the possibilities.
