Did you reset the computer? If not, disconnect the battery for 5 minutes and then reconnect. Drive the freeway for 1/2 hour and come back.

yes i did that and went for a drive seems to using alot more gas too 
i WAS GETTING LIKE 31! I wonder if the iac is bad how are they suppose to look is that tip of it suppose to move in and out cause mine is stiff wont push in at all!?
