Error Code 24 --- HELP!

I was sitting in my car at a light when all the sudden my radio shut off!! I looked at my battery gauge and it was at 8... I quickly made it to a friends house where the car stalled. When I looked I got trouble code 24. Circuit fault in vehicle speed sensor. How in the world would I go about fixing this? Is it difficult? Also, would this be the reason that power isn't being carried anywhere else in the car? Some help is greatly appreciated.

With the low voltage, I'd suggest checking your altenator first! Head down to the local Autozone, or Discount Auto, or Advance Auto parts, and have then check it - it's free. Charge the battery first, tho!
