o ****. thats happened to me, but the wheel actual never came off
it happened in my 87 s10 blazer, my freind was driving and turned the corner in a residential and the left driver side just fell, all the studs were broke but enough was left to keep the truck off the groud
second was in my 91 ranger 4x4, big lift, stock studs/rotars, turned into a restuanrunt parking and the whole truck started to wooble, was like hey, i know this feeling, yeah 3 of 5 studs were gone, i got home bought biiger rotars all the way round and some new studs, well the new studs were significantly shorter then the ones on the truck, they were also stronger?, so i got to replace em all the way round the truck, what a fun job that was....
