LoL, As far as I know, the biggest horse power increase for our V6' are a new exhaust system (flowmaster, dynomax, etc...) and a port and polish on the intake system, everything else im not too sure.

Also, putting in a alumminum driveshaft will raise your rpms much faster.... Dunno, Im not too much a speed demon, just taking this from the advice i've seen on this board.

I would have thought an aggressive cam and updated valve springs would give a big kick.
Cat backs are good, but not as good if teamed up with some headers.
Custom chips can gain like 15 bhp. Prefabricated chips don't gain much over stock.
