i know this question should be in the suspension forum, but hey, this is sort of a v6 mpfi question, all's i want to know if there is a strut tower brace bar for my 86 mpfi v6, all the ones im seeing say tpi ONLY, so just wondering, thanks........

I have ben told the Edelbrocks don't fit onto Firebirds because of hood clearance problems (I have an Edelbrock 3pt TPI STB). Your best bet for a Firebird is to use the BMR 2pt brace- Some have to shim up the mount points so it is just slightly higher over the TB.

I have a BMR STB and it works just fine. I fabricated some shims for both sides in order to clear my A/C. I have a 3.1L.
