Is there a difference

Hey there guys I have a question about 7mm wires and 8mm wires. I had to replace one of my 7mm wires on the passenger side (I belive the second plug from the firewall.) with an 8mm wire that O'reilly sold me. I want to know if there is a problem with running all 7mm with only one 8mm wire. Plz help me guys. I think thats the reason the car shakes but I hve no proof. I also changed my EGR valve and it got rid of the morning bog (slightly, not as bad now). Thanx guys for the responses.

The 8mm should provide less electrical resistance fromthe coil, but I don't think so much that you would notice a differenc in daily driving.
