Look for some stuff called UN-DU you can get it a Wal-Mart and places like that. It works really well and doesn't leave any of that sticky residue behind.

Is it a sticker or an emblem held there with foam double-sided tape?
If it's foam...
Put on some heavy gloves and some fishing line. Hold the fishing line tight between your hands like dental floss (the reason for the heavy gloves!) and use the fishing line like a saw to cut the foam tape away. Hold the fishing line tight against the body of the car, and use a "sawwing" motion- dig into the side of the foam tape as you slide the fishing line up/down.
Then you can use bug/tar remover (or what CCHotrod mentioned) on the sticky stuff that's left. Bug/tar remover also removes wax, so don't forget to wax that area.
I'm so glad I don't have any dealer emblems on my car!
