Valve lash adjustment!

Is there a way to do it with out running the car while doing it that works??? I took it apart because they were lose and makeing noise, Please help i just want it back and running again!!

Axle/Gears: No idea
Put "valve lash adjustment" into the search button and push it.

Don't forget to buy new rocker arm nuts (they have a special thread design for no lose/rotation problems) .

It's also in the Haynes 82-92 Camaro or Firebird manual, from any parts store. But best results = use the search button like Denis said...
