3.1 missing maybe?
latley it seems it is starting to develop a slight miss. at idle the rpms drop a few (20?) every couple seconds. It seems to do this at any steady throttle until above 2k rpm. I was reading around and i guess it could be the iac but how would i clean that.
this my first car, i basically know nothing...
and there seems to be a exhaust leak on the right side, is there an easy way to detect it some how, maybe unhook a sensor that makes it smoke a lil(but not damage anything)
and last one, is the alternator on these cars bad enough that the power goes down noticably when headlights or even blinkers are turned on?
thanks much?!

if the headlights are dimming i'd suggest getting a new alternator, mine did that for about a month before my car just died

its not that the headlights are dimming, but when i turn them on the idle lowers slightly and the voltage reading drops slightly. Like when the blinkers are on the reading drops every time it blinks.
and also when i give it enough gas to go to 1500, it will goto 1500 and then drop to around 1200 and then bounce around a little.

About that exhaust leak... My C.convertor leaked at the coupler and I thought it was missin because of the sound it made. When I cut the cat out and bypassed it, the missing sound went away, not to mention the throaty'r exhaust note. Could be different in your case though.

ill check for a leak around there but i dont think that is gona be it, i can see the rpms drop a little, like every time that one cylinder just doesnt make power every once in a while. no backfiring so its nothing major but still annoying...
