Temp gauge marks

The first mark is 100* F second mark is a line and the third is 220* F. My car runs at the line mark. Any ideas as to what temp this is? Thanks

that line is halfway if I'm not mistaken. Mine runs around there and mine runs cold, probably closer to 160 - 170. My fan is wired to a switch so when I turn it on I leave it on till it hits that line. Probably not the best method but I got adhd or something.

I have a fan switch also and i dont let my engine get to far above that line also. Heat kills new engines. I have a 180* t-stat so when the gauge goes a little above that line my t-stat is almost ready to open and when it does the temp drops back down below that line, then it hovers just a tick above or below that line under normal running condtions. With it being in the 60's and 40's around here I have not had to turn it on yet.

I stick with the stock thermostat because it get's below 0 here, usually around 10 during the winter.
