Either should work with the Energy Suspension bushing. That one just has extra isolators on it (And those are through-bolt isolators which won't rip in half, too. )

That will work.
When I put in my poly mount I also ordered the poly isolator bushing. If you give those ruber ones a squezze you will notice that they are extreamly soft. The poly ones are much harder.
Not sure how much of an improvment they will make, but I like them. They transfer more vibration through the shifter witch gives better feedback on 1.) how I am shifting, and 2.) road conditions. Vibrations are not all ways a bad thing.

That's great that you found a crossmember! Once you stick the polyurethane trans mount on, you should never have to replace it again. I went thru 3 rubber mounts in two years- then I put the Energy Suspension poly mount on in August of 1997. I haven't had to change it YET, and it's 7 1/2 years later!
The Energy Suspension polyurethane torque arm bushing is also a great part; it'll make the back of your car feel more "solid" around turns. You re-use the original GM bracket, so it's a little hard to install (the poly doesn't squish, I had to use pliers to force the bracket closed), but it's well worth it. There's two kinds depending on your torque arm; find the one you need at http://www.energysuspension.com/pages/cam2.html (they have a diagram).
