i have a oppurtunity to buy aluminum cylinder heads. should i buy them, are they worth it, how much more hp will i get from these heads over stock heads?

if you lan on buying a fwd 2.8~3.4 gen II or III, then yes, go for it. If you plan on slapping these bad boys on your gen I .....

In order to put the FWD heads on the RWD block, you will need custom intake work, and FWD pistons

and fwd intake. goto firebirdv6.com, do a search for russel. HE did the 3X00 swap/mod on his car. And you think I had to do alot to get the 3800 in my ride
