What is this sensor

Car: 1986 Pontiac Firebird
Engine: 173, 2.8litre MPFI V6
Transmission: 700R4
What is this sensor

There are sensors that I dont know what they are. Could some one tell me? And my Haynes manual doesnt say

Sensor 1. located on the intake manifold just to the left (looking at engine form front of car) of the coolant tem sensor, and to the right of the Thermostat housing

Sensor 2. Located at the rear of the left, passanger side, cylinder head.

If anyone know please tell me

Car: 1987 Camaro SC
Engine: 2.8L MPFI (rebuilt)
Transmission: 700R4 swapped to T5
Axle/Gears: 3.42 open
Intake: coolant temp. (for the ecu) and cold start timer.

Passenger side head at rear: fan turn on switch.
