Wierd rev up when temp rises

The other day, I changed the throttle position sensor and the air valve control sensor. My camaro revs fine, but when the temp rises when i get stuck in traffic, my car seems to rev down, but then it goes back to idle rev. Did anyone ever experience this before? And if the cooling temperature was changed, yes it was changed. Any suggestions here?

That's normal when the fans kick on.
Right about 230* right?

Yes, but my car starts to rev down rather than up, like it tries to shut off itself. Is dat really normal?

It should be only a little, like 100 rpm or so because the Alt. is fielding more, so it's a drain on the engine. It's not normal to rev down to the point of almost-death.

What should I do then, it revs fine, but when the temperature rises, my idle rev wants to go down?
