Fuel Pressure Sender
I tapped directly into the manifold block on the side of where the schraeder valve is. This eliminates the need for a plumbing nightmare. Just a drillbit and a 1/8-27 NPT tap. Teflon sealant(not teflon tape) on threads. This is crucial for no fuel leak. Teflon tape will not seal fuel as well as teflon sealant onto the threads.

Its the sender for the electric in cockpit fuel pressure gauge. I can now see on the dash what my fuel pressure is going to the injectors. Stock is about 38psi at idle and 43psi running down the road.
Next to it I have a stoich gauge (air/fuel ratio) monitor. This way I can tell immediately what the car is doing when I turn up or down the AFPR (Adjustable fuel pressure regulator)
Here is the gauge I have. It comes with the sender unit.

I ran out and snapped this. My mess so far. I'm taking a break. I have already also wired the trans and routed the sender wire for the transd temp gauge thats missing in the pic. Now I have to pull the dash down and clamp the gauges into place from the backside- oh what fun.

Dash is back together. I have the wire leads to the pressure sender & the o2 sensor (from those two gauges) drwn across inside the dash and into the center ashtray console sitting inside there coiled for now. I need to now fit the sender assembly posted above on the fuelrail and then do the final routing of the connectors to it going down through the floorboard with a groumet and then up to the motor in a plactic wire loom just like factory wiring.
Here's the dash back together and lit up at midnight last night. What A pain-in-the-rear job that was working under and inside the dashboard. Glad that part is finished, the rest will be easy.
