is there any white smoke coming out of the tail pipe? Was the thermostat replaced? is the fan actually working? What is the pressure rating on the radiator cap?

The smoke looks white and all the pressure is coming out of the resovewar. and it heats up to fast for the fan to start.

I would strongly suggest just scrapping the car and looking for anther vehicle. Its going to cost you minimum about $2000 fix it even with the cheapest labor and parts.
