1) I cant find a auto store that sells the K060980 Gates belt for underdrive crank pulley. Can someone give me a link to a site that i can buy that belt from
2) my owners manual says my 3.1 takes 4 quarts of oil??? is that with a oil filter change or without, and if its without how much oil does it hold with a oil filter change??

 

any parts store should be able to order it......
you have all those mods and you don't know how much oil it takes? well my 84 2.8 with the bigger filter showed full at just over 4 1/2.

 

For the Gates belt, K060980 is often listed as : 6PK2491 (that is the smaller number on the package)

I bought that from a local shop here .... just a plain shop that sells tools and some parts,nothing special.
Gates products shouldn't be hard to find i would think .... i just had to use the second number on the package to order , the first number wasn't in the gates catalog.
I live in Belgium,so my source will be of little to no use for you i'm afraid.
But on the gates website there is a dealer locator.
