Oxygen Sensor and TCC

Hey everyone...been sometime since i've posted last...I still have my 'Bird but not alot of time to drive it or enjoy sitting at home on the computer...I got a couple questions...First my computer threw a code for the o2 sensor...My cat was really clogged up and i thought maybe that was causing the sensor malfunction...I had the cat replaced and then I went ahead and changed out the o2 sensor...It was about 3 or 4 years old...30,000 miles on it...So I changed it and i'm still getting a code 13...the sensor is leaning out on warm engine cruise...this will happen after driving for about 10 minutes...sometimes it comes on and off...other time it stays on...or doesn't come on at all...anything else that could be throwing this off...i read in my service manual possibly the TPS is sending false info...And I did have problems with the TPS about a month ago...the voltage was wrong and everytime I put the car in drive and went to accelerate the car stalled out...I set the voltage to where it should be according to the book...just wondering if anyone knows what could be causing that code since the o2 is new...second is can i manually wire my tcc to lock up when i want...it locks up too early and then the car has a tendency to buck...is there a way i could put an interuptor switch in between and just kick it on after 40mph or so...I'm sure i'll get some good advice as this forum has been the most helpful i've encountered on the web...thanx guyz...

An intermittant code could be a problem wth the wire. Check the wire for breaks or bare spots, and the connection at the sensor for dirt or corrosion.
