TPS Sensor Enhancer (YES!, I've searched!)
I searched and there is only one thread with one post on it about it.. What exactly does it do? Brings the TPS up faster to singal WOT at 60% throttle? So what happens when the throttle is physically at 100%? Being it signals WOT at 60% it would basically be like flooring it almost everywhere correct?

a bit more of info I've heard.
our ecms run in bank/batch mode. Left side fires, right side fires, left, right, etc.
However, above (I forget point) it goes to full fire, all fire at once.
This will made all of them fire at once sooner. Which really isnt needed. Esp if you have a custom prom chip made for whatever you have done to your car.

it's just a gimick. replace your TPS and IAS and you will probably see better gains. anything that fools the ECM is not a good idea (so far, i am sure a have not heard about all of the things that fool your ECM)
you could just push down on the pedal faster too.
