Venom fuel pump?

Venom fuel pump?
Is this a drop in direct replacement? Will it offer any improved performance over stock? Is ECU tuning necassary?

uhh... a fuel pump isn't going to affect performance one bit.. at all.. unless you're overworking your stock fuel pump.. which is practically impossible on a naturally aspirated 3.1
