So I decide to put the Camaro up for sale. Not a bad price really- Asking price 1650 and neg. from there. I put a new rear suspension, new rear bumper support, new tranny mount, new exhaust, new tires, new battery on the car since this time last year.

I have the headliner board out ready for new fabric and I'm cleaning up the interior trim.

I've always known the rear main seal had a minor leak. There were a few drops here and there.

I've put between 500-700 miles on the car since I purchased it last spring.

So the hail storm we received here two nights ago rippled the hood. Now it either needs another hood OR I knock off even more off the asking price. I pull in the drive last night and notice there is quite the oil spot underneath the car. Really huge spot!!

I think the car just doesn't want to go away. Noone is going to buy the car after they come for a test drive, back up and see a huge black oil spot on the driveway!!

To boot, I tried to drop the tranmission last spring to replace the seal...same time I did the tranny mount. The top two mounting bolts won't even think about coming loose. I'm going to have to pull the whole power plant for a rear main seal!!

Thanks for letting me rant!!
