I was involved in an ugly accident with my Firebird today and it's totaled. Collision insurance was way too expensive, only had liability on it. The damage is severe and I cannot afford the reconstruction work. It's a lose-lose situation. Sad it had to happen this way. Something happened and the car wouldn't stop, waiting for a mechanic to see it tomorrow. The breaks just haven't been right since yesterday. Nose went under an SUV. The front clip is done, the radiator support got pushed back far. The crazy thing is, the car actually saved me from getting hurt worse than I did. I walked away with a bump on my head and whiplash. The front clip absorbed most of the impact, so only a fraction of the force was transmitted back to me. The way I look at it is that it showed me all the love I showed it in three years back in a couple of seconds.

Anyway, on to the parts:

91 - 92 Trans Am / GTA hood. In excellent shape. Asking $100.

91 Firebird dash pad. Perfect condition. Still in car, undamaged (car had no passenger compartment damage). Asking $50.

May possibly have the tail lights from the 91. Don't know what I'll ask yet because I'm not sure if I'll take them. Don't hesitate to PM me if you're interested.

The hood I won't ship, you'll have to come get it. The dash pad and tail lights I would ship because they aren't too heavy. If you're interested, PM me. I'm located in Eastern PA, outside of Allentown and Bethlehem.

Even though my Third Gen has died, I'll still continue to read this board. Hopefully there's another one in the not so far away future.
