Manual Transmission Memcal

My car originally came with an 700R4 but I swapped in a T5. I want the computer to have the correct memcal now. From a bit of searching I think the part number for the correct memcal is 16176864. I can just swap this in place of my auto memcal, correct? I don't need to replace the entire ECM?
