Still can't find vac leak...

but I was reading a post on the power steering pressure switch. I went outside and started the car up. It still has the high idle due to a leak, but I turned the wheels all the way till they stopped. Normally, the engine idles higher because the switch is telling it to. In my case, the idle went down. I am assuming this is because the engine is idleing high anyway due to a probable vac leak or am I missing something? I even sprayed throttle body cleaner as the bottom of the intake to see if it was leaking down there. No go. Would the high idle also explain why the car seems like its missing at times.I'm thinking if it did'nt have a vac leak, the its a possible sensor maybe. Done replaced the IAC,MAP,TPS. Could be anything like EST or knock sensor or ECM. I want a scan tool...but they are TOO high!
