Difference between AUJW and AZTY prom?

I believe some of my problems might be from my PROM. I looked at the info off the ECM and here is what I saw on it:

O.E. No. 16198262
7-7730
Code: 0196

I heard the AZTY was an update for the AUJW. Is there much of a difference? If so, where can I obtain one?

AZTY was the "final version" for 1992 3.1 auto fed emission cars. AUJW was the "first version" for 1990 3.1 auto fed emission cars.

Generally, there is little differences between them. If you have driveabililty issues, I would look elsewhere than the memcal....they just don't "go bad" on you without throwing a major SES code. (Code 51 is usually the code for a bad memcal).
