Welcome aboard thirdgen.org.
I'll move this to the V6 forum where you'll probably get better help.
Did you pull the distributor out while you were doing all this work?

I too own a Cali Car...had it shipped from Sacramento to Arizona..and its a 90 v6 t-top as well.I will give you my opinion and would say you might have a leaky injector(need to run a fuel pressure test) if you disconnected the battery ,you do know these cars need to re-learn idle??..Since I am on the subject of injectors...I replaced mine with the same Multec(stock) ones and am disappointed(having issues) and currently waiting for some Ford injectors to replace them.if anybody reading this has the Ford 15#ers in their v6 can you give me your opinion?.

Orange spark is a bit weak... you are looking for a bright electric blue.

I would replace the coil and go from there. You want to have a very nice bright white or blue spark. If you're really brave, hold the plug with a set of inculated pliers and hold it about 1 cm away from ground, you should still have a spark. This is risky though and might not feel too good if you get a little far away.
