Rough 1/4 mile MPH results - stock car.
My friend realized that from one entrance of our neighborhood to the other, straight road, is pretty much exactly a 1/4 mile.
So I started at a dead stop and from one end to the other, gave the car a run for it's worth (which isn't much
) and crossing the 'line' on the end I was at 73 MPH.
The car is completely stock except for a homemade "warm air" intake
Does this number sound pretty average for a 21 year old stock car?

Thanks, I got the decal on Ebay for $10.
Its actually not there anymore though :-( That hood you see is spray painted, and it needed to be redone after about a year, so the bird is no longer there... I really liked it though. Easy to put on and never chipped or peeled off any, even through plenty of washes and storms.
DaSkinny - lol, I just posted under yours, too. Maybe I should have scrolled down another inch.
