I have an 89 Formula 350 with TPI and I know it was the worst thing i could have done but that is my opinion car runs like s*** without them.

Re: can i live without my cat?

man i have taken the cat off all my prior to OBD2 (1996) cars and all it has done is made more power, still got some form of a muffler on them, but they are all high flow mufflers

Re: can i live without my cat?

just get rid of the cat, lol we dont have emission checks here yet, if we do than put a good high flow one on, the factory ones are real restrictive
