Hey guys my v6 (2.8L MPFi 86 firebird & t5) Is getting tired at 150,000. I think i am going to put new rings in her and some valve guide seals. Then prolly some motor mounts and a clutch. And a bunch of new gaskets.

While its out I thought about putting a nice cam in her and roller tipped rockers. Then probably a full dynomax exhaust with pacesetter headers. Other than that what is some goodbolt ons for her while shes out? And what cams should I look at, I have seen the many choices in the stickies but not sure whats good for a weekend driver.
